What an awful!!!!!! time to be living here! We have 1 elevator as the other one being fixed as well as a whole lot of construction on each floor. STOP MOVING HERE WERE WAITING FOR THE Elevator for 5-10 min each time. They're being help by constructions worker. its so so annoying. WE wouldn’t have moved here if we knew :(

I had an uneasy exchange at 10 40p with a so call visitor at the entrance of the elevator that prompted me to report the incident to security, Mr. Martinez answer my call he was extremmly courteous and respectful, he gave me a fantastic sense of belong and be part of a safe building Thank you so much Mr Martinez Cecilia Carey

Built in the 1970s Kips Bay Court was almost brand new when I moved in April of 1980. I'm still here and still healthy minus this and that. Most of the staff is still employed because it's a great place to work as well as live. Most maintenance people have been here for many years and can fix any problem expertly and quickly. So many new improvements take place every year and we have a Montessori School and Gym on the premises. I love the smiling faces at the front security desks who keep us safe. The Rhapsody In Blue view after every sunset from my terrace never fails to take my breath away.
