I ve lived @metropolis for some years, on and off, 4 months in a row each time. Loved the door men who treated us like family and were very responsible at their work. Location is also 5* . Large windows, great for winter time, especially .

Management is sadly horrible. They need to replace her and get a professional in here. They threaten you to make you uncomfortable and there are nasty old people who live here who have a connection with management making it worse. Just needs new management. They went super cheap on the gym too. Looks nice but its all super cheap junk.

My husband and I lived here for over two years and the building is fantastic. Great location right next to grand central. Maintenance was always responsive. I especially loved the doormen here, they treat you like family and made you feel safe. I will genuinely miss them!
The only issue I had was that some of the gym
equipment did not work for months but the building finally updated the equipment

Lived here for three years - prob my favorite apt in NY. The roof deck is great and not usually crowded, as are the doormen.
