Galib from the leasing team did an amazing job walking me through the initial apartment viewing process, the application process and all the way till the move in. He was friendly, spontaneous and went out of the way to answer the numerous questions that I had from time to time. On my move in day Juan from the Concierge team was super helpful assisting my movers with finding a parking slot and moving his vehicle. The quality of the apartment is top notch and the maintenance team including Nizaam are super friendly and attentive to the needs of the tenant. In all it has been a great experience moving into Parc Cameron and the community is really nice along with the location.

I'm a previous resident of unit 3G. I loved the people and community especially all the security guys, and neighborhood. But I've seen tons of cockroaches everyday. My morning always started with catching them in bathroom. Also the leasing office works super slow and I still couldn't receive my deposit back eventhough a month has passed after I vacate the house. I don't recommend my friends to live here unless you find a good deal (but I'm pretty sure you won't cuz the cheapest rent is higher than 2.5k) + I received my deposit back. It took 5 months after vacating

Parc Cameron is a pre-war building on the 86th walking distance from central park. My apartment has a good amount of space and a good skyline for a good price. They have in building washer/dryer and concierge. My move-in experience was the smoothest I have had. Everything was clean, in good condition and well organized. Their website for residents is pretty comprehensive. The staff is welcoming, friendly and very competent. They go an extra mile on a regular basis to make a newcomer feel comfortable and satisfied. My neighbors are quiet and considerate. The subway is a few minutes and so are post offices, restaurants, food trucks, grocery, stores and shows. The sounds of the city is what takes getting used to is all. The streets are cleaner than the usual NYC streets.

I am a former resident, moved out in October 2023. First of all, I want to say that the on-site staff are some of best I have ever had. They are kind, friendly, super helpful and efficient. I had a wonderful experience staying at the apartment because of them. They are really the best! My interaction with the manager, Melissa on the other hand, left a bad taste in my mouth. When I moved out I believed I opted in for a cleaning service so I did not properly clean the apartment. I then saw a cleaning fee in my last statement so I emailed Melissa asking about what I believed was the extra charge on top of the opted in cleaning service. The communication via email was less than ideal. She responded to less then half of the emails sent and for the ones she did she left some questions unanswered. I was still unclear about the charges after a few back and forth so I called the office. Another staff picked up and kindly explained what the different charges were but at the end of the call I still had to pay about $50 more than what I expected to so I asked if I could have Melissa call me back to discuss this. She never did. After that I didn't think it was worth it to keep chasing her for any explanation. It was a frustrating interaction nonetheless at the end of what has been an amazing stay at the apartment.
