        Beware. Lengthy garage maintenance is taking place and loud noises can be heard especially in lower floors. Wouldnt rent/renew before its over. Management did not advise of this planned and lengthy maintenance upon renewal of my lease and also raised rent.

Upon receiving the project start date, we promptly notified all residents via email, providing details on anticipated noisy periods and offering access to the library and lounge areas at VIA 57 WEST throughout the project.
