        Consumers beware. This company overcharged me ($1700 for domestic flights) and promised to rectify the the issue ONLY to make it worse. They cancelled one leg of my reservation the day of the flight leaving me stranded at O'Hare. I made many previous calls to them in which they made promises, none of which we kept. Bless the AA ticket agent at O'Hare who moved heaven & earth to help me. This agency grossly overcharges and then lies and misleads customers. The worst of the worst!! Avoid them at all costs.
