        Worst airline... the only one in the entire airport that has a huge queue... where employees arrive to work and are exchanging cards, eating, telling jokes and the giant queue waiting for them to be willing to start serving...

        I have been on line waiting for over an hour for the check-in line to open, the staff are all here, they are just too busy talking to each other about their lives and dont care about their customers. Only airline company with a huge line and non of the staff in avianca cares

        This is the worst airline. For the second time my experience was horrible. My first experience I missed my flight from Bogota Asia Medillin. The second time, my flight from Bogota to Medellin was a horror. I missed my flights 2 times. But they charged me 120 dollars for the envelope charger. When I was supposed to pay 45 to 60 dollars. I do not recommend this airline to anyone. Because there is no customer service to the customer.
