image Two days after purchasing my car from Mazda's used car dealership, my battery died. I called up the dealership and they directed me to Mazda of New Rochelle's service department. Chris was the rep who helped with my car getting checked, although I had to keep it there overnight. He made sure I had a ride to the Metro North. One thing, I was not pleased with is not getting updates from Chris. I had to call for updates myself.
Once, I picked up my car, all was well. They sent me a video showing how they checked my car and my battery passed.
Overall, I am pleased with the service and the used car team!

image Worst place. Just annoying to deal with start to finish!!! I purchased my car here which was a pain!!! Salesman Jose was damn near unreachable half the time. Today (almost a full year later) I went for my scheduled appointment to replace my Key fob. When I initially contacted them over the phone, I was provided with a quote of $290 (including programming and tax) for the replacement of my key fob. However, upon arriving at the dealership, I was slapped in the face with the actual charge being $389nearly $100 more than the original quote. I called the shop while there and was given yet another quote that was completely different. Same car year model 3 different prices. So nothing is set they charge what they want. Also EVERYTIME Ive been there no one seems genuinely interested in assisting customers (especially in service) Employees passed the responsibility back and forth among themselves, treating it almost as a game. As a customer, I expect a higher level of service and accountability. The guy who took my car to the service area had chips all over his mouth and leaned into my window so close to my face I could have kissed him. Just ridiculous place I will be finding another Mazda dealership for all my future needs for sure.
