Looking for great service and a Hyundai honestly try somewhere else. I recently went to this dealership as a returning customer to discuss the potential of getting a new Hyundai when my current lease ended 2 months later. Like any informed consumer, I started the search early to see what prices and options were available. 1) I walked into the dealership, waited at reception and was not spoken to for over 7 minutes (7 is what I timed on my phone after getting impatient) 2) I was handed off to multiple sales reps. The first took an important client call in the middle of our discussion, but didnt actually tell the new rep what we discussed so we started all over again 3) Even though I explained multiple times that I was at the beginning of the process, and had no intention of buying a new car until the lease was actually up, this rep did not listen and continued trying to take actions for a sale (eg running my credit report and trying to get me to give up my key fab for valuation) 4) When the rep finally understood that I wouldnt be buying a car that day he became rude and combative, saying I had wasted his valuable time News flash buddy, I told you multiple times I wasnt buying, AND even if I hadnt been as transparent as I actually was, it isnt a requirement to buy a car every time you step into a dealership
