If I could give him 10 stars I would. Speaking from someone whos had 3 previous spine surgeries, hes an outstanding surgeon, empathetic and easily accessible after surgery for any issues that might arise. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Virk is one of the kindest doctors I know. His bedside manner is incredible and his vast knowledge comforting. I needed back surgery quickly and he made it happen. His follow up care has been wonderful as well. Id recommend Dr Virk to anybody who needs an orthopedic spine surgeon.

Yeah... don't go to this doctor. He exemplifies precisely the traits that people despise about many doctors: only "hears" the part of the issue he needs (you can feel it, and thus the patient feels they are not being heard); only applies his perception and understanding of the problem- doesn't go from the patient to his knowledge and back to the patient; ordered imaging for a case that didn't need it; lacks eye contact, bedside manner, and empathy; looks at charting more than engaging with the patient; and finally, he is in and out within 8 minutes (I timed it- twice). But you do get a printed handout to follow. Now, if he was platinum-grade and the God of orthopedic surgery, maybe we can excuse some of this stuff, but he isn't.

Ive had an overall excellent experience at Dr.Virks office. Dr. Virk had great bedside manner and was very knowledgeable. During my last 2 visits I was seen by Sharon his PA. I cant say enough great things about her. She provided me with plenty of information to help alleviate my pain and discomfort. She took her time in explaining the issue and what she felt I should do to resolve it. She was 100% accurate. I would feel confident and comfortable in being treated by her again if needed in future. The staff is kind, and friendly. From the front desk and beyond. Keep up the good work Dr. Virk, Sharon and team. Thank you for your time and.care. Wishing you the best of luck in years ahead.

A disgrace. A pure disgrace of a doctor. I waited over an hour for a remote appointment. He did not show, nor could I get in touch with anyone because it was late at night. The next day, I followed up to see what happened. He had the nerve to say HE waited for me and I never showed! I asked if he could please review my MRI with me. He went on to say, I have not even looked at it. I then proceeded to say, so last night, for our appointment, you did not see or review my MRI for the appointment. He then admitted to his lie and made up some excuse that he confused patients. Hopefully that doesnt happen while people are on his operating table. Nevertheless, his solution was to go to the hospital and ask for a new MRI (more in depth so we didnt have to wait for insurance approval). He never gave me more than 4 minutes of his time in person, had absolutely NO beside manner or eye contact, and sent me on my way with a sticky note stating the plan moving forward. His plan was order an MRI. Its unimaginable that a man like this can actually operate on another persons body. Please stay FAR away.
