Came to Dello Russo after a bad preliminary experience with another Lasik office and boy Im glad I did. The doctors and staff were so accomodating, they answered any questions I had every step of the way. Dr. Ahmed was always reachable and was a phenomenal consultant, and I am extremely pleased with my experience.

The absolute worst customer service. Do not leave a deposit if you are unsure about getting the surgery as it will take many phone calls and numerous text messages to a guy named Ahmed who does not respond when trying to get your deposit back. Then they transfer you to a Debbie who also does not answer the phone or give call backs. It has taking almost 2 months to finally get my deposit back.

Didnt get a chance to talk to Dello Russo. Explained clearly to the office I needed a 9am appt to get to work in time. Came in at 9am sharp and was brought in by 9:15am. Had a variety of tests performed and was told to wait for the doctor. Sat there for forty-five minutes more as he and others casually walked by. Not sure what they were doing but there were only two others with me in waiting room. Heard a lot of casual non-medical related chatting. After a half hour he popped in and said one more second fifteen minutes later of casually walking by the open door, I had to get up and leave. Told the receptionist to have them call me with what they think they can do. I dont expect a call because it feels their whole point is to close the sale there.
Disconnected casual disrespect to a patients time.
