I am a dentist in the area and I wanted to share my experience at this Pearle Vision location because from the moment I walked in I was immediately greeted by Kathy who was very welcoming and took very good care of me. I found Dr. Allan Davis, the optometrist, to be truly outstanding. I got the sense of competence, professionalism, and service I had hoped for from the entire staff. Excellent place!

The doctor is excellent, but I got glasses and trusted them, unfortunately I didn't take out insurance. I paid to have lenses that don't scratch and it was the complete opposite. My lenses got scratched and I only take them off to shower and sleep. Very unsatisfied

The first time I visited I walked away because there was a girl to the left of the store first seat brunette very rude and unprofessional. it was apparent she did not like her job or dealing with people she would not even try to help, very negative. I asked if I can get her on the phone with my insurance to fix an issue they were having and she tells me no because it wont make a difference. I come from the service industry and its all about going above and beyond for your customers, especially if you want the sale. I only went back because I liked the frames but made sure to let them know that I dont want to deal with her, the manager came to give me the best service possible. Marlene was amazing!! I would definitely recommend Marlene and they have a great frame selection.
