I love Dr. Rutkovsky he is an excellent doctor but the staff at the front desk are EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! Especially Christine I came in for my appointment and she says out loud do you have a mask I said no Im sorry I dont she says OF COURSE NOT! Then she says to the other two women behind the desk I dont get it were on red right now. She has no customer service skills what so ever! She is super rude the way she said it and rolling her eyes as well was totally uncalled for! If she is so concerned then maybe she shouldnt be working in a doctors office or around people! She isnt wrong for asking me she is wrong in how she spoke to me it was COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY!!!!!

You put your health at risk going to him. He is not professional. He doesnt listen to the patient. He does a lot of uncomfortable tests without answering you or diagnosing you. Also, he does extra tests that you dont need and doesnt even give you the result because he doesnt know anything. Waste of time and money to go to him. He mumbles and looks at you without an answer. He harms the patient and does no good.

He is a terrible person. He has no medical knowledge. Can not trust him at all. He endangers the patient life. He should lose his license to practice medicine. He does lots of invasive uncomfortable procedures and doesnt answer you, no results, just stares at you without an answer. He doesnt care what the patient tells him at all. He doesnt know anything to help you !
