Our basement bathroom suddenly became flooded with backlogged sewage. I wasn't sure if it was a cesspool or plumbing issue, but when I called Mr. Shea, he was confident that the flooding was due to a clogged ejector pit after a quick conversation with me. He came over the same day after he finished another job, and was immediately able to figure out where the ejector pit was along with all the other plumbing lines that might be contributing to the issue. He was very diligent in correcting the drainage issue and also identified a related leak below the basement. His service was worth every cent.

Luke was able to come to my home on short notice late in the evening due to a leak coming through my ceiling basement. He was extremely thorough in trying to identify the leak and communicating possible causes prior to opening up walls, ceiling, etc. Luke was able to identify the cause being our dishwasher and was able to assist with relieving the leak.
