Ronda helped me and she was very knowledgeable of all the beauty products she knew exactly what I needed and told me how to use them. She was very friendly courteous and exceeded in costumer service beyond her job. Because of Ronda it went effortlessly. Thank you Ronda I will be coming back!!!!

On Thursday 11/3/22 I visited this store, about 5:30, looking for Generic Blow Dry spray. The young woman who helped me was so friendly and knowledgeable. The product I wanted was no longer available, so she steered me to the Ion hair care line. She recommended a few similar, quality options. She also explained the 4 for $20 promotion. I picked out 4 Ion hair products. Another customer raved about the Ion Silk Drops, and the employee agreed. Ive got to tell you, this is a great product! Im buying it for Christmas gifts. When I returned to purchase them last Sunday, they were all sold out. The woman working did tell me that they get deliveries on Tuesday. Tonight I visited the Sallys website, and the 4/20 sale was going on there, too. Plus free shipping over $35. I wish I remembered the associates name who helped me on 11/3. She was really special. She personally welcomed every person who came in and patiently helped anyone with questions. Ill be stopping in to thank her for her great recommendations.

I freely admit that I do not frequent this store or ones like it. But once in a blue moon, I am tasked with picking up an item that they might have. Anyway, I stoped into this Sally store. The women that helped me was very nice to me. But they were limited on the product I was looking for. fortunately, they had one. Not optimum, but enough to get by. I do find it extremely annoying how corporate entities always push for your information for the smallest of purchases. This store was no different. I was asked three to four different times for my phone number. I guess there isn't a no thank you response in their computer. Then it moved on to they wanting me to get a Sally credit card. How about just let me pay for the purchase and delaying my departure trying to gather my personal information. It's a shame the nice woman's efforts to help me and make me feel welcome. Was totally ruined by the unnecessary corporate prying. I'm glad I don't have to frequent Sallys often. It might be more tolerable if they hade items in stock for purchase.
