Curbside was convenient for me because I was heading to work and had the allotted time to pick up my items and head right after to work . I never received a notification stating my items were ready (I checked the website ) drove to the store called ; one of the employees picked up the phone and stated due to the rain there is no curbside pick up. I explained to her I was right in front of the store and I was pressed for time because I was headed to work she continue to say she can not bring the items out . I asked for the manager , she placed me on hold for like 20 minutes for the manager to say the same thing as I explained once again I am literally in front of the store and I wasnt notified curbside was not available . She proceeded to tell me I dont understand why you cant come out your car and come in and pick up the items. I asked her for her name and I told her I was going to contact customer service and she proceeded not to give me her name and told me have a nice day and hung the phone up on me . Very rude and not customer service educated . I had two items which were half price (which are no longer on sale) used my rewards and lost time just waiting to get the phone hung up on. Very rude and not customer service educated . That will be the last time I will order or shop in ulta !!!!
