        Today i walked into american eagle shopping for some new clothes. a manger approached me and asked if i needed any help or assistance i politely said no and walked away. as i was looking around i spotted to managers in the corner of my eye giving me nasty looks and whispering what it looked like rude comments. i then immediately felt unsafe but also very uncomfortable. i was about to buy a few thing till these ladies made me feel like i could never step foot in there again.

        Worst American Eagle Ive ever been to. Sadly I keep coming here because if I have to make a return from the online store or want an exchange, this is where I come. I used to come in person until I experienced horrible customer service by someone who is allegedly a manager. Spanish lady (shes horrible as a manager). Well, the kids who work there are no better. Despicable attitude, no help when one needs help. Skip this place unless you need to. 0 out of 0 stars, I dont recommend.
