        Cute and affordable items however, the staff is inattentive.

        This store is atrocious. The staff was incredibly slow and inattentive. I waited at the register for 15 mins waiting for someone to assist me, although, I could clearly see employees chatting directly in front of me. I have been to many Rue 21 stores before and had positive experiences, but this store seems to be especially terrible.
