      image I got a fraud alert which turned out to be true, which I am thankful for, but I turned my card in to them on the 8th of December and was told seven to ten business days for it to arrive in the mail. Called back on the 28th of December to find out it was never ordered. The man I spoke to on the phone was very nice and said he would try to expedite the card, now it's the 5th of January and still no card. I've had subscriptions cancelled, bills are late, and almost had my O&R turned off
