        I would like to say I do appreciate the people who work here but think its severely understaffed. Have been using bank since it was provident and this location is always slow. Today it took a half an hour to deposit check using the drive through. I am on my way to work and left 20 minutes early to deposit and that still isnt enough for this what should be very simple errand. Guess Im going to be late. Ugh

        Keep your money under your mattress! No acknowledgement upon arrival. For being a priority member, you would never know. As if 10:30 am, I have been here for 35 minutes this far. I don't even think they care!
