This location failed to inspect my vehicle even with a proper NYS window tint exemption sticker displayed for my 2022 vehicle. He lied and fabricated a story about how he is unable to by pass and enter numbers. I called Albany DMV and they stated NO he was not to turn me away and was to perform an inspection. Tom stated to me where did I buy that sticker? Judging me why? Because I’m Hispanic? Or a female? I feel discriminated and I will fight to the end as I have this on camera on my dash camera. As long as a facility has a license to inspect vehicles they are to conduct the inspection and not turn customers away not even a failed report or anything was provided , right off the bat, I was denied services . I wonder if it’s because of my race or gender… but I will pursue charges against this location

We got a flat tire on Rt 17 and AMS was the closest shop we could find. The mechanic (didnt get his name) checked the tire immediately and ended up patching it for us on the spot. The tear was BAD, but he did the best job he could and the patch got us to the local tire shop for a replacement. So grateful for this shop and their stellar employee who could not have been nicer or more helpful.

Fantastic Auto Repair Shop!! We were towed in off 84 and Tom and crew got it done same day! Great price and fast service! Highly Recommend! Thank You!!!!
