        My roommate and I were looking for an apartment close to our campus and this was the perfect find. Evelyn, the property manager, was easily accessible throughout the entire process and during our time living at Regency. She is incredibly sweet and the perfect go to if you have any questions. Sergio, the handyman on the property was the best. Anytime anything was not functioning or even when we couldn't access our door due to malfunctioning lock late at night, he was able to help us. The neighborhood is quiet and extremely peaceful. The bedrooms are spacious and the amenities are a huge plus. The rent is inclusive of this and it shows. Snow plowing was always done the minute it snowed and I never felt like anything was out of reach. The units are up to date and it definitely shows that those who manage this property love it as well. I highly recommend this community to anyone who likes to be close by shopping centers, malls, schools, and other major hubs of Orange County. This place is a must.
