Even though this apartment complex is advertised as non-smoking, feel free to smoke whatever you want and how much you want because the rule is not enforced here. The hallways smell like weed and people smoke cigarettes in their apartments making your apartment stink of cigarettes as well. Property management could not care less. There is also an active drug situation going on here. Multiple tenants are selling whatever youre looking for. This place might be somewhat new, but its David Moore Heights 2.0

Some people from the outside think this place is so wonderful as the buildings are newer. For anyone who lives here it just feels like a blessing and a curse .From what I know 4 PEOPLE have DIED here in the past YEAR and a HALF!!! This place is miserable,depressing, and feels like a combination of jail and concentration camp.Were all just waiting to see whos going to die or be evicted next. We just had a 15 year old girl Apt 60 who supposedly hopped out the window 3 days ago, landed on her head and died. Many tenants have seen this dead girl on the floor outside building 4.A 60 year old woman had dropped dead above another tenants head a few months ago. A 3 year old boy last June was murdered to death in Apt 82. Another tenant in building 12 last year was getting bullied and beat. Had left in fear and was found dead days later. Im telling you this place will put you in depression. Nothing but an evil presence. Theirs no where for kids to play, theirs no patio areas ,you cant grill or have little summer parties in the gazebo. EVERYTHING IS A VIOLATION OF YOUR LEASE!! Going with amenities the laundry facility is the worlds worst ( wont even clean 1 underwear properly, better off hand washing in the sink ).Not only to deal with that stress but asoon as you walk out your door you have this one maintenance man who walks around like hes mr management stalking people and tattle tailing instead of just doing his job. This man is so bord looking for things to do he harasses the tenants. Not to mention this place does inspections 2x a year and makes you verify your income every 8 months if you want to renew your lease . They also give you a thirty day notice to tell you they are raising the rent for next month and expect you to pay the rent increase plus security deposit increase. Believe this is a gimmic .So much for low income . The people here are so bored they sit at picnic tables and smoke in order to socialize .During the winter while your sleeping they love to tow peoples cars away. They used to do it without warning then when so many complained they started buzzing everyones apartment to move their cars at 8-9 am. Its wonderful for the elderly, single moms, or people heading to work in the morning to wake up to their vehicles missing. They only hired one good plow company that actually shoveled in between the cars rather than buzzing everyones apartment and have them rush out in the cold to reverse their cars over a huge hump of snow just for them to take hrs to plow it. Its very disfunctional here. Theirs not even enough parking space for everyone to move their cars . Honestly just cant wait to leave this place . No sense of freedom or happiness .

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. They wont ever return your calls either. Keep copies of all receipts because they are quick to claim you did not pay them when you actually did. Whoever is in charge of accounting/bookkeeping here should be fired because they have no idea what the hell theyre doing. Theyll accuse you of not paying, but wont answer the phone to clarify their mistake. And the winter, if you have to work in the mornings, make sure you have a shovel. The parking lot wont be plowed until 5pm.
