        Possibly the best and easiest car rental experience i've ever had (and i rent a LOT of cars). John Martin, the manager, was a true professional and helped us out, finding us a large family vehicle when our own Suburban had broken down. I'd certainly recommend using this specific branch to friends.

        My son got a rental car from enterprise on Mamaroneck ave due to Mavis in Scarsdale damaging his car . He was highly upset by the time we got to enterprise but John was the nicest guy you can meet he took care of my son quickly and made the process an easy one . He was so nice and polite and it was such a pleasure to have an excellent customer service experience due to the fact of what happen prior to us getting to enterprise . Thank you John for your Excellent customer service experience from beginning to end. You should truly be commended because you handled this situation with ease and had us laughing and defused the situation . Your are truly an Excellent example of what Excellent customer service is. I will definitely refer you to anybody I know that needs a rental. I hope enterprise knows what an Excellent employee you are.Thank you once again.
