Carl Perna was an amazing realtor, from the beginning of our search to the end, when we purchased our home. He was thorough, knowledgeable and persistent without being pushy. He made the process of looking for our home so much better because we could trust that he was looking out for us. He connected us with experts and supported us all the way through. He also listened to what we wanted and if we needed to recalibrate, we had the space to do that too. I cannot recommend him more highly!

Joann Perna is one of the most unprofessional real estate agents I have ever encountered. After accepting our offer on a house, she told us they would stop showing the house once we did an inspection. After paying almost $1k to expedite a home inspection, she kept showing the house and refused to create a purchasing memo for us to go into contract. When we visited the house a second time, the owners told us they wanted to go into contract but Joann was telling them to wait. After an inspector confirmed structural damage and a roofing issue, Joann Perna was incredibly difficult about helping us set up appointments and we ultimately had to pay for the estimates; which continued to show more issues. A more educated realtor would have worked with us and educated their clients on who is responsible for getting estimates on structural issues, but Joann only served to delay progress and ultimately cost us $ and wasted everyone's time. After admitting she knew about the structural issues, she said our concerned, which would cost over $20k to fix, we're laughable. Avoid any house with her as the selling realtor as she does not operate in good faith.
