Buying a house during the height of the market was so intimidating until we started working with Chad. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and so much more! My favorite trait about Chad is how persistent he is. In this market you want someone on your side who isnt afraid to stay on top of other agents to make sure your offer doesnt get lost in the shuffle. Chad did this on every house we made an offer. We knew what was going on every step of the way. I could go on about how great he is but one thing is for sure; if you are looking for a Realtor who will always have your best interest in mind then Chad is your guy! My wife and I were so fortunate to have found Chad when we moved to Putnam County, NY. As our realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we traveled throughout Westchester, Putman and Duchess counties to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.
