I walked into this clinic thinking it was like any other health clinic but I was very mistaken. Not only did I have to wait close to an hour to get any type of service, no different than a regular clinic, I was told that my insurance would cover the visit. My brief two minutes with the attending physician was "You just have allergies". Two weeks later I receive a bill in the mail for $300 that my insurance didn't cover. You see, they bill their services as urgent care, even though they are anything but because it took just as long as a regular visit. I guess taking walk ins qualifies them as such. In any case, since they are urgent care then it gets billed differently to your insurance, not as a regular doctor's visit. Don't rely on their staff to be honest with you and tell you the visit is covered. Now I'm stuck paying $300, to get to wait for an hour, to be told something I already knew.
