        I went in a few months ago because I was so sick. I asked to be tested for COVID, they refused. They told me they send a prescription to my pharmacy and that it would be ready in a few hours. Hours go by, no update from my pharmacy. I call back again, Northwell said they sent my prescription. I waited until the next day (severely sick). Call my pharmacy again and got someone on the phone, apparently they sent a over the counter medicine..? I paid $75 for a visit to get Mucinex... They could have just told me that instead of waiting and waiting for a prescription. Such a waste of time and money. Never again.

        The location was clean and convenient. I waited almost an hour to be seen even though the place seemed empty, there seems to be a very small staff.

        The assistant was kind and fast getting me in and prepped to see the doctor, she had a great bedside manner, the doctor also had a nice manner and helped me by making an appointment for me, professional and kind.
