I asked them about an apartment listing, they asked me a bunch of personal questions about myself and then completely ignored my answers. This agency looks like one of those small offices that are a hole in the wall.

My partner and I worked closely with Amy in order to submit our documents for the affordable housing lottery. She was extremely helpful and patient during the long process, and she put in the extra work to make sure our finances were represented fairly. Gave them the benefit of the doubt after hearing horrible reviews and comments about this agency. My wife and I were also incredibly desperate to find a place because we were running out of time. I met with Michael on a rain check and spent more than 3 hours in tbe car sitting in traffic to meet him. We got to the apartment, which was great, but Michael seemed confused on who the landlord was. Michael greeted the landlord as Giuseppe and the landlord, looking incredibly confused, told him Im not Giuseppe. Anyways, we came to an agreement that wed submit the applications and necessary paperwork and thats where we left off. So I sent Michael a couple texts after regarding the broker fee, which he obviously immediately responded to, but when I followed up requesting applications and necessary paperwork to submit, Michael was nowhere to be found! I sent Michael a few texts reminding him how urgent our situation was and how we were ready to submit the paperwork and take the next step. Radio silence. Still havent heard back from him. Better yet, the apartment has been delisted on StreetEasy and Zillow! Sterling23 doesnt have the decency to text you to let you know if something is still available. Id rather be homeless than deal with these people. I bet theyll respond to this review sorry Dylan the apartment was rented blah blah blah but that still doesnt change the fact that their inability to handle simple, courteous communication is embarrassing. Believe anyone that ever has something bad to say about sterling23. Simple as that.
