Horrible service. Everytime I cal with regards to an apartment, they take down my information and say they will return my call (I have called 4 or 5 times) and they never do. It is like they do not want to do their job.Pretty frustrating.

Melissa was amazing from our very first meet during our very first home tour. She was meticulous in her organization and planning of all home tours, providing us all literature and details for every home. Melissa LISTENED to us-what we were looking for and where. We lost our dream home before it was even ours. Originally had our offer accepted while working with a different(wrong) legal team. Our contract was cancelled by the sellers during attorney review and we were devastated. After enduring over a weeks worth of heartache, Melissa connected with all the parties (including our new legal team) and brought us back to the table. From there, she guided us every step of the way, keeping us on schedule with all our inspections. She even spent her entire Saturday afternoon helping us paint the fence at the house to comply with an FHA requirement for the appraisal and funding of the loan! How many realtors do you know have done that? Melissas customer service is unparalleled, her focus, organization and responsiveness unmatched. She made us a beautiful basket where she hand picked items such as beautifully monogrammed candles and a luxurious blanket to welcome us home. Above and beyond effort, exceptional service, and genuine soul is just a short list describing Melissa. John and I will never be able to adequately thank her for helping us find and buy our beautiful, forever home. I have already referred her to friends and will continue to do so, happily!
