Staff at this location seems unmotivated and very robotic.

Incorrect hours posted. Shows that they allow passport walk in hours Saturday on their website. When you walk in - they say you cannot and the website is wrong.. The woman was disgustingly rude - wouldn't listen to me advising it is posted on website and have a family Emergency. Just kept talking over me while her fake eyelashes were hanging out of her eye and picking her eyelashes. She was completely unsanitary. Also- if you know the website it is wrong do something about it- continue to just sit there you miserable soul and not contribute to society. You suck eyelash lady- hope You get terrible pink eye. I paid for priority mail at a self-service machine, only to discover afterward that eBay had already prepaid for it. I requested a cancellation, and they provided a refund form for me to fill out. Due to a long line, I decided to fill it out at home and returned another day. The manager informed me that the refund needed to be requested on the same day of the transaction; therefore, they could not process my refund. Additionally, the manner in which they communicated this was very rude. Is it legal for them to refuse a refund? Overall, the rudest staff in this USPS office.
