Millennium Physical Therapy - Astoria

Ivanna at the front desk is helpful, informative, and friendly. I've been working with TJ for four weeks now, and I've seen nothing but improvements in my knee. Which is good, bc TJ can crack some knee slapping jokes! I would definitely return to Millenium in the future. But hopefully I won't have to.

Great experience. They do a really good job listening to there patients. They are all very knowledgeable. I feel safe and well taken care of every time I work with Krispert, Oscar, and Philippe. They all do a really great job. They answer all my questions. Im currently recovering from meniscus and acl surgery and Im glad I am able to go to Millennium Physical Therapy. I dont know what is going on with these positive reviews but this place is terrible. Ive never seen such a disorganized mess of a practice. My therapist is so checked out, always just going through the motions, and barely engaged at all. Just gives me an exercise, leaves for 5 min, and I can just hear them chatting and joking around with coworkers. Also it was like pulling teeth to get any advice out of them. Normally a PT leads with tell me whats going on with you and you explain your situation. But here, my PT literally just went straight into hooking me up to a TENS machine, and then into some generic exercises. Like its a one size fits all situation. And of course, no explanation as to why were doing this exercises. Astoria in general has embarrassing health care options, but this one takes the cake. Go to any other practice and youll have a better time.
