Respect, flexibility and attentive care are at the forefront of this practice. DPT Irene is very caring and always provides comprehensive evaluation and follow-up and the female PT Assistant Sam is kind, patient and friendly.There is a male DPT Aldin who also serves evening patients and is quite friendly. The facility is easy to find, clean, and has a friendly atmosphere with upbeat music and a clean bathroom and lockers. Their schedules are never dramatic even during peak slots and I can easily schedule follow up visits over the phone without long wait times. Only feedback I would give is sometimes the front desk does not send a reminder of my visit the day before like other clinics and it might be hard for someone who is forgetful or does not keep track of how many sessions they have pending.

On behalf of Beatriz: excellent service! Its such a blessing to have Aldin as my therapist. Hes considerate of his patients pain and helps you recover your physical state. Hes a kind, caring gentleman whos always punctual. I recommend him.

Fraudulent Billing Practices. The physical therapy care here is EXCELLENT! If I ever get the refund Orthology owes me, I will come back and review the excellent therapy given here. However, they overcharged me and have owed me a refund for over a month. First they said they'd mail a check and it never arrived. When I called, they had no knowledge of saying they will send a check. Then they said they would reverse the charge on my credit card, but that too they have not done. They lie and say a refund is on the way, but it never arrives. Their billing is fraudulent. They have been sitting on money that does not belong to them for over a month now. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance company, but beware. NEVER pay them until you absolutely sure what you owe them because they will never refund you if you are overcharged. Beware of their fraudulent billing practices.

I think orthology is very professional, always seen on time. Everytime I see my physical therapist Sarah she has helped me feel better with my back issues and fibromyalgia.

I have been rehabbing from knee replacement surgery at Orthology, Sunnyside. I highly recommend it. My PT, Sarah, is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, encouraging and compassionate. She gently pushes me past my comfort level which has allowed me to make great progress. I saw Janaki a few times when Sarah was off; and, she is also very skilled and effective. The atmosphere at Orthology is pleasant and upbeat, the facilities are clean, and the staff is friendly and accomodating. This is a good place to come to get yourself well and strong again.
