Could you please reevaluate your bus route so your driver won't be honking for 15 seconds straight, three times in a row at 8:30am on a weekday morning on a narrow residential street (51st Ave), because there is a truck unloading stuff? You have a Borden Ave wide open that leads to your building-- I and the rest of the community would appreciate it so so much!

We recently moved to Gotham Point after living in Manhattan, we could not stand the noise and chaos anymore. Gotham Point is outstanding community with its quality, cleanliness, customer centricity and variety of amenities, not to mention the beautiful, green, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The way the team members connect with the residents is outstanding, we lived in many communities in the past and never witnessed such a caring mindset and attitude. Everyone seems to be willing to go the extra mile. There has been one team member who touched our hearts from the start, her name is Ivonne Montalvo (Operations Assistant). She has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs, listening actively to each and every detail, creating timely and sustainable solutions for every point we raised. We feel extremely grateful for her patience, unconditional care, professionalism and precious efforts. People like her are rare to find nowadays. We wholeheartedly thank Ivonne and all team members for their warm welcome and highly recommend Gotham Point to everyone.

The Gotham Point event at Jungly to promote Fercullen Falls Irish Whiskey was just what I needed on a rainy night in LIC Although Jungly is spacious we had a cozy side room to ourselves. They provided delicious pizzas made with fresh mozzarella cheese to snack on while we tasted 3 of Fercullens whiskey selections. My favorite was Fercullen Falls smooth and rich. Chatted with some neighbors too. More reasons now to enjoy living in LIC!

Living here with my family has been a wonderful experience . Staff is very helpful and polite. Such a safe and family friendly environment . I love living here and very much appreciate the team at Gotham Point.
