I've lived in Astoria for 5 years, and Taso is easily the best broker I've worked with. Not only does he know a lot about the neighborhood, he's also professional, quick to reply, and has strong relationships with the landlords he works with. I've worked with him twice, and he vouched for me as a tenant the second time around. Even though he didn't have any 1-bedrooms available this last time, he still gave me advice and kept me at the top of the list for when one came in. Do yourself a favor and call him.
