BUYERS BEWARE!!! My friends brought their car here for an inspection. The service writer sold them an overpriced unnecessary spark plug change and some other minor items. An easily accessible spark plug change was 400.00 just for four spark plugs with labor. Really!!!. A child could have changed them. All told at seven hundred dollars later, they then blamed my friends for giving the go-ahead. When they called for the approval, they made it sound like all of this work was necessary to pass the state inspection, AND IT WASN'T. In my humble opinion, their business practices were very deceiving and dishonest. Oddly enough, they were done with the inspection and all of the "Repairs" in half an hour. My friends then called me, a retired mechanic, to go with them to pick up the car, and to talk to the manager for them. When I approached the manager, all he could say was "thats why we call for approval." What they actually do is take advantage of people who are not familiar with automobiles and violate the trust that people place in a brand like Firestone to do the right thing. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place at ANY COST! Find yourself a reputable shop to deal with. Thank goodness my friend did just that and don't have to rely on the likes of people like this. Btw at 180.00 per hour (their hourly labor rate sign, photo attached), you can do a lot better ANYWHERE ELSE! If I could give them zero or negative stars, I would. Their behavior was absolutely disgraceful. Believe me, GO ELSEWHERE!!! You'll be better served and won't have to stand for any customer abuse here. You don't have to get your "Clock Cleaned" from these characters. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

They were able to squeeze me in last minute to fix my headlight. Mike and another employee (I can't remember her name unfortunately) took great care to accommodate me and help me with my car. They were friendly and courteous throughout the process. Service was quick and painless. Great experience all around.
