        Mike was very professional he explained each step.. after he was finished carpets are look like installed that day.He also cleaned tile areas I was very impressed how well they look now. Mike I thank you for your service and I highly recommend you for everyone

        I had Clean n Fresh clean an old oriental area rug that I was gifted some years ago. The rug had looked so worn and somewhat faded that I was torn between replacing or cleaning it. When Michael returned the newly cleaned rug I was thrilled that I had him clean it. The rug looks new, perhaps cleaner than ever, and it no longer looks faded. He also came to the house to pick up the rug quickly and returned it in a very timely fashion. Im very pleased with the service and further pleased to know who to now call for rug cleaning and more.

      Thank you, Lauren! And a special thanks for calling attention to the fact that I will never sell a service that either won't do the job or is unnecessary. For the benefit of readers here, I'll explain. In your case, because it's a wood floor, sometimes deep cleaning and rebuff is not enough. It may require sanding and refinishing to get the results you are hoping for. We did a demo in your kitchen to find out, and sure enough, it required more. Your den and living room, however, looked beautiful after just the cleaning and rebuff! I'll add, some hardwood floors that only have top-level scratches, may not even need the full refinish. A screen and recoat may be sufficient. Clean 'n' Fresh will be adding that service in the very near future! Again, thank you for giving me the privilege to get the hardwood floors we did clean in good shape for you! They did, indeed, look beautiful! -- Mike
