I purchased a new mattress that was stained due to an accidental red wine spill, this company saved my mattress which was not covered under warranty. Very fast, very clean, very efficient, also cleaned my steps which have a strip of carpet down the middle, stairs look like new! loved it thank you so much!! Will recommend and use again.

Our 30+ year old wood floors were cleaned and refinished by Thouro Kleen. They came out absolutely beautiful and shiny - like brand new!!! Richie and Pat did a phenomenal job and were so professional. The guys even went over a streak (accident when moving furniture back) until it was spotless. Exceptional customer service IMO. Will definitely be having them back soon for cleaning in other areas of the house! Thanks again!!
