        This guy is clueless dont say I didn't warn you used him once never again had to pay to get my documents re written by a good lawyer ..STAY AWAY!!!!!

        I agree with users below. The high ratings were definitely from past experiences with the original man in charge and not his son. The son is a nasty nasty individual. Since 2017 I never had a problem discussing anything with the father Richard Rocco. Now his son took over and wow.....what a disgrace. Wish I could leave zero stars

        It must be the rating of 4.7 from the father of Joseph Rocco Not Joseph Rocco since he constantly refuses to obey my requests to find out what process was the lawyers for the buyers of my wife's and my coop And he was too slow to realize we were going past the contract He used curse words when the contract was reaching the end Actually a one rating maybe too generous
