Amazing service done by the lawyers here. They were on top of everything going on with my moms case and helped her get her green card. After so many other lawyers pushed her away and keep telling her she cant. She was starting to loose hope until she found Saisha, she was the only one who was able to help her out and get it done. And finally after so many year she get to go home to her country that she hasnt been to in 20+ years. Thank you so much to the lawyer and to Saisha for making my mom dreams come true.

I wish there was a lower or negative ratings and I would have picked that for Pallvi Babbar and her team. I do not post google reviews but this is important and I would like others to be aware and not make this mistake. If you are in a need for a good real estate lawyer, I highly recommend you pick someone else who is competent, professional and gets the job done. Pallvi is primarily focused on immigration cases and always in and out of the court, which means you will have real hard time to get her to respond to any questions. Working with her it was obvious that her interest is not in real estate cases/closings and she will simply hand off your case to her associates who are simply incompetent at their job. I had such hard time with my closing in which I had to do her work and review the plans and tell her what needed to be done. Throughout the process she was unresponsive, not professional and to sum it up even charged me more at the time of closing saying she had more work to do in this case. This was a complete lie since most of the work was done by me (seller and the real estate agent) and we had to guide her from beginning to end. She had promised one price in the beginning to get the job and then change the price when time came for closing without any communication or heads up. If you have a house to sell or buy and need a good real estate lawyer, I suggest you look the other way. I genuinely hope this review helps future home buyers/sellers before they hire Pallvi Babbar and her team.
