Chase Bank

Went to this branch for the first time today. A very small branch but staff was very friendly and helpful. Made me feel as if I'd been going there all the time. Since the branch in the Delco Plaza closed I needed a another branch close by. So glad I found this branch. Thank you Chase.

Mo is fantastic. Between the service from the teller, to the lovely young lady that greeted us..to Mo, who set up an account for my son...to literally the most polite customers that always hold the door open...10 stars! Best Chase branch in NY

The home finance department is duplicitous at best.  While they advertise HELCs, they claim they haven't done them in nearly three years, so we applied for a mortgage to downsize.  After jerking us around and telling us we'd have no problem getting a mortgage under 300k, which would be paid off as soon as we sold our current home (worth minimum 500k and paid off), with savings over 900k, they now say they can't help us because as retirees our income (70k plus) is too low.   They're claiming brand new lending rules based on the Feds raising interest rates.  I'm thinking age discrimination, although I can't prove it.  Been a customer for over 40 years too.

They even dont know whats a pay off letter. Gave me a small slip writing on it the loan amount. Had to explain them, behavior was not good, and told me to go to other branch, I am ( the offer) not feeling well,
