        Im 18 and just got my first debit card. My sister and I were helped by Glenn Michael on two separate occasions and he made the process quick and easy. He is very polite and helpful. 10/10!!!

        It is an official citizens bank If anyone wants to know It is no longer the previous bank or anything like that. It is citizen's bank now

        I want to praise Glenn Michael for his polite, patience and courteous attitude for helping me taking care of a bank error. I would recommend anyone who needs to open a new account to go to him. His co-worker on the other is rude, impatience and provide me incorrect information and not helpful. I almost pay $66 for something that is not my responsibility.

        I love this HSBC branch. So new, clean, and big! The staff was always nice whenever I went, and I always seem to be the first in line at the teller. I think this branch just opened! The atmosphere of this HSBC branch is really the best of all the other branches that I've been to.
