Took my cat to this hospital because she was very sick, the staff and Dr. Were so nice and sweet and understanding . I was a mess crying and very upset the doctor told me my cat was very sick and in pain I didn't want her to be in pain I loved her I had no choice I could not let her suffer. The best thing I could do was give her peace I had to have her euthanize . The Dr.was so comforting I knew I made the right choice knowing she's out of pain and at peace. This is a great place to take your pet . The Doctors and staff are so sympathetic they didn't rush me out I could stay as long as I wanted to . I will always take my pets here it's a great place.

I have never had a bad experience with this emergency veterinary clinic. Over the years. I have gone there several times. Two of my dogs have had surgery there, and the vets have always professional and did follow-ups on them. This time when we went there, our dog passed away on the way to the clinic, I called and they were extremely accommodating when we got there, they came out to the car, brought our beloved Golden in the back door and prepared her for us to sit with her as long as we wanted. We were able to take care of everything in the grieving room, so we did not have to go back outside to pay and exited through a door across from the room. They were very compassionate and polite. In the times we have been there we have always had positive experiences. I suppose if there are a lot of people waiting to be seen, things would be different if they are short staffed.

Finally coming through to do a review . Back in late September of last year we brought our dog in after noticing some excessive weight loss and after doing some tests came out to be cancer. Our dog was so weak and we had to make the unbearable decision to put her to rest and the staff was beyond respectful and supportive! They gave us a private room to get her comfortable and after 3 hrs of leading up to our goodbyes they never once rushed us out or anything, they gave us all the time we needed and even during the process of saying goodbye the vet tech was beyond supportive and gave us more time with her after she passed. We got her cremated and her urn, paw prints and all came within days of saying our final goodbyes. The staff is beyond amazing! Even during the difficult time they were very helpful and showed such great positivity. I honestly couldnt have picked a better place to bring our dog! Thank you to the amazing staff, my wife and I are very grateful for your kindness still to this day!

Exceptional staff that went above and beyond to make me and my little kitten feel good. I got two kittens as a first time pet owner, and on the 2nd day the little girl had a high fever, was congested, and wouldn't eat. From start to finish, I received compassion, clear and concise instructions and expectations, and was made to feel at home in the 5 hour period I was there from 12am-5am. Kitten is not totally in the clear, but I feel so much better knowing that I can go back to such a great facility if needed. Vet, Vet Tech, and reception staff were incredible!

A dedicated and caring group of people who give 100% to the care and needs of your pet. It can potentially be expensive, but theyre more than willing to work with you to figure out more affordable options if they can. Everyone from the front desk to the vet techs were patient and understanding and supportive. Saints, every one of them.
