Dr. Perez and the rehabilitation team are wonderful. They are so caring for all the pets and help them to get better and stronger. We highly recommend bringing your pet here if they need any type of rehabilitation.

What a spectacular experience we had and are so grateful to Dr. Payson for her amazing diagnostic skills. We went in on Monday morning. Barry, our 12 year old 40 pound retriever mix, had suddenly become lame and was in great pain. We thought he had a broken bone or a back issue. The vet thought otherwise based on a low grade fever, chronic pain, and blood work testing. As it turns out, Lyme Disease was the culprit, and we were given Doxy along with detailed and clear, written instructions that were carefully reviewed and communicated by the techs. To make a long story short -- Barry has been rapidly improving and today, Friday, he is his old self! We are so impressed with the care he received....from the receptionists, to the extraordinary techs, to the seasoned and experienced vet. We encourage anyone with an emergency to use this wonderful practice.

GREAT emergency hospital, GREAT specialists. We have been unlucky enough to see the ER, neuro, cardio, AND internal medicine departments here and they have all been friendly and helpful. The internal medicine department with Dr. Arnold was able to finally help manage my dog's medical issues after YEARS of investigating, and we are so, so grateful. Yes it is pricey, as ANY emergency or specialist is, but you get what you pay for and Upstate is so worth the cost.

Well, we brought our cat in and all because we didnt have all of the money to put him down. They completely denied us and told us a lie and said our cat was not sick at all, then we woke up this morning and our cat was dead.!! if you do not have every single penny to give them, they will deny you at all cost, and then lie to you and tell you your animal is not even sick!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! They are beyond rude and have no sympathy for nobody that walks in!! Complete worst experience I ever had. This will sit with me forever!!

Had to make the toughest decision with my boy Gotham today but every person I dealt with last night or today was beyond top notch. How not only my dog was treated but also myself made such a horrible situation somewhat bare able. Can not thank them enough for guiding me through this process.
