        There's a worker in there named Bobbi Royal. She is absolutely amazing. She goes above & Beyond to help you. I been to a lot of Chase bank location from NYC through out upstate. But Bobbi Royal was the most helpful person we ever encountered.

        Wouldnt cash a check drawn off THEIR bank because it was made out to cash Ive worked in banking and have never come across this rule or law. Now my boyfriend is stuck in another state with no money. I had my ID and everything. I will never conduct my banking here again.
