We purchased our first home a decade ago in Westchester with Linda Filby herself when she was with another agency. It was a great experience then as she helped us NYC transplants navigate this suburb/area. We never forgot her but she made sure of it; she has always kept in touch with us, updating us of her moves and market newsletters, etc. When we decided to sell our home, we had no doubt whatsoever to return to working with Linda. She did not miss a beat in guiding us through the entire process during a cut-throat market, and rolled out details from crunching #s and decision-making, staging, scheduling, negotiating, et al. My spouse and I had the pleasure of having Kirsty Kirk from the Linda Filby team as our agent to help us find our forever home in Westchester County. Having her on our side throughout the home buying process was invaluablenot only did she have great market insights and the absolute best client-centered attitude, but she also helped us navigate what ended up being a protracted closing process (driven by seller issues). Without her, I know we wouldnt have been able to make it through to the other side. She was always available to talk, and I appreciated she gave us her honest, thoughtful opinion (often with a bit of humor mixed in!).
