Frank Morris is bad business!! He approved us of our rental, told us who to write the certified checks out to (cost us money) and hes sending over the lease. Now my wifes out purchasing new furniture that had to be returned and wasted her time !! Only to be told 12hrs later they wanted more money then the asking price or it was going to bid after his emailed approval. Not really they way to treat clients.
