Wonderful service. Worked hard to find the issue and gave me very good advice to avoid any problems in the future. Didnt realize that my kolher faucets were under warranty. He found the part number and phone number to kohler so I would get the parts under thier lifetime warranty. Did not for one minute feel like I was being sold on anything. Just honest and very nice to work with. Will definitely use them again for my next plumbing issue.

Excellent and very kind service! I moved to this town from Brooklyn about a year a go. I used to live in a condominium apartment. Now I live in a house and suddenly there is no hot water, I didnt know what to do. I called Western New York Plumbing and Mike came quickly, after solving the problem, Mike explained why there is no hot water and he showed me what to do next time. I was so thankful.
