My kid, my wife, and I are cold because Sunshine is incompetent, rude, and unresponsive. This is the third time we've had to drain our pipes and stay at a hotel because their billing and auto refill systems don't work and they don't answer their phone or voicemails. Unreal. We stuck with them because they're a small family business, but we're done. Worst business I've ever dealt with. Garbage.

Really the worst company we've ever dealt with. Company has phone set to go straight to voicemail where you get a message that mailbox is full. When you do get through, takes multiple weeks to do bare minimum of job. Finally had enough and switched companies (new one came that day to fix problems). Sunshine called back a week later, and then gave massive attitude and charging $300 to pick up tank and disconnect. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

What a terrible company. Don't use them. Terrible service. Terrible customer service. Terrible all around. If you ask about your bill, expect to get cursed off and have them threaten to take you to court. Save yourself the trouble, go with someone else.

As of 9/15/22, I have been calling and emailing for two weeks and no one answers or responds. The answering machine is full and is never cleared out. This is NO WAY to run a business. We are through with them and will be taking our business elsewhere.
