      image I had a fantastic appointment with JOE (of Grand Gorge). He is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of how a propane system works, he is meticulous in his work, and he took time to answer questions/explain the process. Bravo to him - it really makes a difference.

      image After 20 years of being a customer, they sent an email saying they had removed our tank! Suburban Propane is disastrous. If I have given them 1 star it is because I couldn't gove them no stars.

      image Ive tried dealing with this company for over a year now. Hit my final straw today. Very unprofessional and very rude customer service. They have done nothing but give me and my family a hard time. The last payment I made they over charged and come to find out the woman took my credit card info for her own use. I wouldnt recommend this company to my enemy
