Bought 42 pieces of 5/8 drywall and waited an hour, the flagger and forklift driver just left it behind my van and tells me to find the loaders in the parking lot and left, the old parking helper seems like 80 year old, how the hell is this old guy going to load 42 pieces of 5/8 drywall, and the 2 capable guys could of easily load it in the van with machinery. Definitely these 2 guys are working smarter at home Depot by doing nothing, and us contractors are doing less and wasting more time at home Depot. 42 pieces drywall returned and taking my business elsewhere. Jericho home Depot needs new management ASAP!!
A former employee of home depot, which had left home depot because of the unprofessional and unorganized environment, was shopping walked by and offered to help, and he was in the parking lot helping other customers load up at his own time without pay because he cared, this guy should be managing Jericho location! Find him and bring him back to work!! Until then my large orders are going elsewhere!
